Q: I enter the username and password of the day and get this message
"HTTP 401.3 - Access denied by ACL on resource"
A: Your browser has different settings than the default ones.  In Internet Explorer, go to TOOLS then "INTERNET OPTIONS" then "SECURITY" then click on "DEFAULT LEVEL"
